Brian
did a great job on his scratch version of his CNC machine. I mean, this machine
really looks like a piece of furniture. The CNC machine is nicely finished with
polyurethane which gives the surface a nice shine and somewhat reflective appearance.
The surface of the x-axis table doesn't even look used. I have found that polyurethane
is a pretty durable finish and even when worked on, it can hold up pretty well.
Additionally, the dust and other debris will clear off the table with little effort.
I can't wait to see what gets produced from this machine.
