Returns and refunds: Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund.
The returned items must not have been used or powered in any way. The item(s) must be in its original unused condition. Send
the unused item(s) to: BuildYourCNC, 32624 Summerglade Dr., Wesley Chapel, FL 33545 and include a letter explaining the reason
you need to return the item. The original shipping is non-refundable. There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items.
Shipping: When you purchase and the items are shipping internationally, you agree to pay all duties and taxes. If the items
are damages or lost in shipping, you agree to record these damages or losses and contact BuildYourCNC.com to start a claim.
Non-machine orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm CST except nationally observed holidays.
Machine orders are shipped within one week of purcahse Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm CST except nationally observed holidays.
Carriers that we use to deliver our orders are: USPS, UPS, FedEX, DHL, FreightCenter. The shipping rates are gathered directly
from the carrier at the time of checkout, and a handling fee is applied to this shipping price. Shipping rates are based on the
size and weight of the parcel, and the destination location. Shipping companies selected by the purchaser will not be
entertained. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking numbers. We are not
responsible for emails landing in spam filters, or if the customer provided an email that is not in use. In the event that there
is a backorder in the order, the available items will ship first and the backordered items will ship when they arrive to
BuildYourCNC.com.
Privacy: Privacy in extremely important to us and we take your privacy very seriously! We collect your shipping and billing
addresses and email address. We also collect information on your IP address, browser type and refer URL data. We use this data
to improve the customer experience and resolve any issues of site functionality. We will NOT provide your personal information
to ANYONE, or ANY ENTITY of ANY KIND! If you need information pertaining to another customer, we WILL NOT PROVIDE THIS PRIVATE
INFORMATION, without exception, so don't ask! If you wish to communication to another customer, consider using our
FORUM where we have many of our customer freely discussing matters that pertain to
the products that we sell.

this as an open source machine and everyone that is following along and building this at your own risk, please understand that
this machine is potentially dangerous. By maintaining this site and providing methods of construction for a CNC machine doesn't
mean that I hold any responsibility for the builder. YOU SHALL INDEMNIFY ME (a very poor individual) AND MY FAMILY. This
machine is home built, it has not been presented through any quality assurance, or health and safety testing process.
Anything can happen if the machine is used incorrectly (i.e. the bit snapping and flying through the air at incredible
velocities, pieces of material cut from the bit and landing somewhere very vital to your health, etc.). The terms of use for
this site is that you shall not hold me liable for your actions.
The intent of this site is to provide information and techniques in making a home built CNC machine. Do your homework before
building and using a machine that you build yourself. Read ALL of the warnings and safety instructions for the tools you
will be using. Do not do as I do, like putting my fingers too close to the ends of tools (I'm actually not, but the video creates
this interesting optical illusion). You've been warned.
