Currently our USB breakout board is only compatible with Planet-CNC software as it has to be registered with Planet-CNC.

Hi, I have watched your vids on YouTube and I am interested in purchasing one of your USB Break-Out Boards. I currently own and use FlashCut CNC software, which is USB based, on all of my machines. The newer kits that are featured on the home page include everything you need except a computer and software. The legacy CNC routers that are located in the CNC machines menu selection include all of the parts for the gantry, but you will need to build the table yourself. All of the information on the measurements to be followed for the table construction are on the machine pages.

I am looking at getting a 4x8 cnc router kit. I am having a hard time figuring out what is included in the kit and what else i will need to buy with it to get off the ground and running. I wired my vfd (2.2kw version) and tried test running the spindle. I configured to your specs on this website, only issue is we got an error code. Err 02, do you know what this is? OR have a list of error codes? Thank you

You can determine if the country is serviceable by:

Yes, you can connect a THC, Torch Height Controller, with the Mach3 USB controller. The THC uses the inputs to determine if the z axis needs to move up or down according to the arc of the plasma torch. The THC connects its outputs to the inputs of the controller so the controller will be informed of the states of the plasma torch.

For all of our kits, it is highly recommended that the instructions are completed read. This will determine if the customer has the ability to take on a project of this complexity.

Depending on the specific blackTooth option purchased, the kits include the following (if the parts is listed in the instructions, it is included in the kit unless otherwise specified within the price option):

- Structural components: Plexiglas panels and MDO structural parts that form the overall machine.
- All of the hardware necessary to assembly the structural components and to fasten the electronics and laser components.
- The electronic components to move and power the machine including power supplies, motors, drivers, interface and computer components if that option was purchased.
- Laser components including laser tube, mirrors, lens, nozzle, air pump and mounts.
- Mechanical components including drive pulleys, bearings, rails, and timing belts.

CamBam specifically creates the g-code (machining operations) instructions to be loaded into Mach3. Make sure in your CamBam g-code file parameters, you are using the Mach3 post processor. If you have already done this, let me know. If you are not sure how to do this, let me know.

We may be able to source those motors. Curious, the 6000 oz-in motor is pretty big. Do you mind explaining the application of the CNC machine and the structure that would require the large motor?

Additional Information:
The largest motors we can offer is 3900 oz-in without any mechanical help. 6000 oz-in can be resolved by mechanical means as an alternative.

I am converting a 12x36 lathe over to CNC, I am interested in a 2 axis kit. I would love one stepper motor to be no smaller than 1200oz. , and another at 6000z. Is this something that you could offer? I have two other cnc machines but this is my first converstion on my own.

The standard electronics combo with 3 NEMA 24 motors is suitable for the scratch build machine. In addition to electronics you will need a computer, software, and a router or spindle.

No, we have gotten away from the planet-cnc boards as they have decided to not support our board with their software. You can use the Mach3 USB board as an alternative. You will be better off with Mach3 as a control software as this is widely used and supported.

I have the older discontinued USB breakout board. The y-axis no longer works and have traced it to the breakout board. Is there a replacement board that can use the same Planet CNC software running on Windows 10?
