Current Solution

There is no current solution to bond the ends of a timing belt as this would cause a weak link in the belt. If you know that the part of the belt that is held together will not be pass around the pulley, then you can mechanically bond this part of the belt. Otherwise, it would be best to design the axis of your machine's mechanical system so that the timing belt is pinned at both ends.

I would like to know what the lowest rpm that can be acheived with the 2.2kw spindle and inverter and still have enough torque to drill
According to the supplier of the 2.2 kW spindle, the safest operating speed for the spindle is 6000 RPM. The supplier also stated that theoretically, the spindle can operate from 0 to 24,000 RPM. I am continuing a dialog with the supplier to delve deeper into understanding the configurations and ramifications of such configurations for operations outside of the safe boundaries into the "theoretical" ranges.

I have the same water for months to cool the spindel and it's blocked, what can I use to unblock it? I would not like to damage any seal or gasket inside.
Usually this does happen, we tend to clean the water out roughly every month, however we use our machine 8hrs a day, 7 days a week non stop. So Depending on your usage it might be every 3-5 months when you might have to change the water.

We use a small air compressor to blow the build up through the spindle.

CNC kits normally take 5-7 business days but during busy periods this can increase.

Since this 4th axis already comes with a stepper motor, you will need a driver and some cable to connect to the driver from where the 4th axis will be placed. If you have extra space in the redFly electronics enclosure, you can fasten the driver there. You will also need some wire to connect the driver to the breakout baord.

SketchUcam will output gcode which standard CNC control software will typically interpret, execute and control CNC machines. So, there is no problem using SketchUcam. However, our CNC machine control software that use our CNC machine interface boards require Windows OS, of Linux. The Mach3 USB board will only run with Mach3 control software which runs under the Windows OS. The parallel breakout board can run under Windows or Linux OS and the computer must contain a parallel port.

I would like to mount the CNC controller to the gantry and use the ethernet cable routed through the cable carrier, is ther ok?
As long as the Ethernet cable is not next to stepper motor cables (between the stepper motor and the stepper motor driver) you should be fine. If you are using a spindle, make sure to shield the cable between the spindle and the VFD as well.

Additional Information:
One of my customers is testing this scenario. He is using CAT7 Ethernet cable which is double shielded. I/He will post the results when tested.

Roller chain in general is adjustable by using "master links", which are links which have horseshoe clip holding the pin and thus allow connections to be made or broken. The #25 is a designation of the type of roller chain. ANSI codes designate that the first digit(s) specify the pitch in eights of an inch, and the last digit is 0 for standard chain, 1 for lightweight chain, and 5 for bushed chain with no rollers. So #25 is 2/8 = 1/4 inch pitch bushed chain with no rollers.
