Roller chain in general is adjustable by using "master links", which are links which have horseshoe clip holding the pin and thus allow connections to be made or broken. The #25 is a designation of the type of roller chain. ANSI codes designate that the first digit(s) specify the pitch in eights of an inch, and the last digit is 0 for standard chain, 1 for lightweight chain, and 5 for bushed chain with no rollers. So #25 is 2/8 = 1/4 inch pitch bushed chain with no rollers.

When buying any of our ACME screws, if the entire length or lengths is desired please send us an email or a call, to specify the actual length needed! But if no call or email is sent previous of the order then, we will give the customer a call or email to find the exact lengths that they will require.

I have just purchased 95 in. of 1/2 in screw and I need it cut to different lengths 51" 30" 14". Can do?

It is best to use a subtractive fabrication method, or a chemical method to product pcbs. The subtractive method generally requires the use of a CNC router with a pcb isolation routing end mill that generally has a very sharp point to remove the copper material. The chemically etching method is where an acid is used (ferric chloride, or another acid) to dissolve copper where needed.

If there is a method where a highly conductive material, mixed with a plastic that maintains a conductive property after the mix, and can use the standard deposition extruder, then the whiteAnt will be able to make PCBs.

The blueChick v4.2, is accurate at 1000's of an inch, with the roller chain, the v3.0 with the timing belt will increase the accuracy by 5%-10%, but to the expense of structural integrity.

If I wanted to use the blueChick for isolation routing, what accuracy could I expect from v3.0 and v4.2?

Certainly. The easiest way to process this and get you the correct item, re-order the new item and go ahead and send the mis-ordered item back with a note that you would like a refund for this order.

I need wiring instructions for the breakout board you sent yesterday. It is not like the one in the videos and I don't know where to connect the 5V. No data sheet or anything.

Depending on the specific software you have bought, it might require you to download the main software via their main website. While we will send you the license via email, to unlock the complete software capabilities.
