Current Solution

Our timing belts are intended to be fixed at the ends for he travel of a particular axis. If you are using the timing belt as a continuous loop and the entire belt is needed in the mechanism, then our timing belt is not the best choice.

Would it be possible to buy the blackToe, and the 4th Axis, then build your own Tslot table to attach both items to? Would a setup like this be possible?
Buying both the blackToe and the 4th axis is an available option, but take into account the clearance available on the gantry. The best option for the table will be a adjustable mid-section table. That will be able to lower when the 4th axis is going to be used. Or have a elongated table that has a portion for the basic CNC, then a section for the 4th axis.

HOW DO I WIRE THE 4TH AXIS THAT YOU SELL. I HAVE MACH3 SOFTWARE. NO INSTRUCTIONS ON YOUR SITE
The motor that is attached to the 4th axis is wired as follows:

The motor should have red, green yellow and blue wires coming form the motor. The red and green are paired as one coil and the yellow and blue is paired as the other coil. You can wire the motor to a 3.0 amp driver with red to A+, green to A-, Yellow to B+ and Blue to B-

Hi Do you know if your Mach3 interface board works with any of other of the current CAM programs such as MACH4?
The Mach3 USB controller only works with Mach3. We have a controller that works with Mach3 and Mach4 called pokeys57CNC controller.

Attaching the aluminum rails to the table. Do you use a 1/4" or 5/16" drill bit?
I like to use a 3/8" drill bit to create the holes on a table to mount the rails to give the rails a bit of wiggle room to adjust the alignment of the rail.

Do you sell 22 to 24 AWG stranded and shielded for wiring of the limit switches and E_Stop?

This is shielded cable to make sure there isn't any external interference with sensitive components and long wires associated with limit switches. This is necessary due to the interference caused by the motors on a CNC router and the milling process.

Currently on our first version of MACH 4 that we have received, it was only included with English and German. We believe in the future updated versions of MACH 4 will have plugins, add-ons, or additional files to add additional languages.
But at its current state it only is included with English and German.

DO NEED TO SQUARE UP THE MACHINE AND IF SO YOU HAVE INSTRUCTIONS OR VIDEO FOR THIS?
The eyebolts are used in the squaring of the machine. I would use a standard carpenters square and first run the end mill along the edge of the square to first make it parallel with the long axis. Then run the end mill along the other edge with the short axis and adjust the eye bolts and chain according to the angle that the machine is out of square.

Are you using Mach 3 or 4? Do you ever use the etherenet outlet to control drivers?
We still use Mach3 with a parallel port. We are looking into newer boards with USB/ethernet communication.

Yes, this is a must. You can attach the spoil board on the machine with screws, or you can setup a clamping system. We just screw it down.

Are you trying to determine how to wire the switches or where to place them on the Vertical Laser XL? Let me know and I will provide some pictures or video on how to do this.
