I want to order 8 HIWIN Linear Guide Blocks. Is there a cheaper shipping option? $70 is too much for something that weighs less than 5 lbs. I live in the continental US

That is difficult to tell at this time. Right when we get them in, they go fast. These items come from China and the units are shipped in via freight on ship, so there are many factors on the delivery such as weather.

t's actually pretty difficult to cut the HIWIN rail with a hacksaw since the rail is hardened. We use a cut off saw with an abrasive blade.

When purchasing the 1/2" 5 start lead screw, the length is based on the quantity. Specify the total length you will need and we will email you (if you don't contact us first) to determine the cut lengths.

For example, if you desire 36 inches of lead screw for the X axis and 12 inches of lead screw for the Y axis, just purchase 48 inches of lead screw and tell us you need this lead screw cut so you have two lengths at 36 inches and 12 inches.

We can drill the holes for you. Just give us the desired measurement from hole to hole (on center). The drill size is 5/16" and the hole will be centered between the inside curve of the aluminum and the start of the curve at the edge.

No they will not come in that length as a default, we would contact the buyer to ask specific lengths due to the total length purchased.

The roller chain lengths for the greenBull 4x is:
- 13 feet for each side of the X axis (total of 26 feet), and
- 6 feet for the Y-axis

Are you able to install a newer version of Mach3? If you are worried that your configuration will be lost, you can save the configuration by copying all of the XML files from the Mach folder. The XML files contain all of the settings that you applied in Mach3. Just in case the XML files are not compatible with the new version, make sure not to erase the current Mach3 that you have on the machine.
